London. The year 2013. A world not so different from our own. Or is it? On the 21st of December 2010, the world waited in anticipation, holding it's breath for that faithful moment where the world was supposed to end. The seconds ticked by, slow as hours to the people who stood there with their loved ones, tears falling silently down their cheeks as they believed their dreams had been torn into nothingness within a second.
But something was wrong. nothing happened. The world didn't explode, wasn't blown up with meteorites or swallowed up by a black hole. The Aztec calendar was wrong. It was all a big rumor. A practical joke blown out of preportion.Or so the humans thought.
Then they came. The Vampires. The Humans thought they were amazing creatures, that they were beautiful and elegant. They became government. They became power. Where had they came from? No one knew. Maybe an experiment gone wrong, maybe from a different planet? From this day, no one is sure. No one's been close enough to find out, that is, unless they're dead.
On the 23rd July 2013, Rumors began to fly, there was a group of people fighting against the Vampires, the Resistance. No one was sure that these Rumours were real, but people began to leave the empty streets of London to go into the forest where it was supposed they had built an underground city, deep in the heart of the forest. They people had been changed, they were an more evolved human race. Can they fight back and gain control for the human race?
