This part of Carthonia has managed to stay mostly overlooked. There is no factory here, but healthy vegetation, healthy animals and healthy people. Food is plentiful and the air is clean. Naltray has over the years become a sanctuary for many. However many know that nothing good lasts forever. Many of Naltray's citizens know that their sanctuary will not be overlooked forever, and the world will soon engulf them like a tsunami wave.
