H I S T O R Y Nero was born within the confines of a silk and velvet tent--made of every possible colour--out in the depths of the desert. His beautiful mother did not stop bleeding afther the birth, and passed away during Nero's first hour of living. Before she passed, E'lehena managed to name him, Nero for the pitch black tufts of hair on his head and the colour of his eyes --both of Nero's parents had dark brown hair, rather than ebony.

For the first three years of his life, Nero was raised by his father. However he was taken from him when their tribe entered into a conflict with the neighbouring group. Nero was orphaned and the rest of his tribe enslaved.

He did not have to endure slavery for long however, as a strong Lord --called King by his people-- caught sight of him and felt in his gut that Nero would become powerful. This lord had sired three sons of his own, however none of them showed any promise of becoming strong enough to lead his people. Nero was adopted in the hopes that he will become as strong as Lord Trism anticipated.

By the time Nero reached his late teens, he'd become Lord Trism's favourite, and in a fit of rage, his adoptive father ordered him to kill the other three sons. They were of his blood, but they were not worthy of it. Having never become attached to the jealous sons of the Lord, Nero killed them without hesitation, without second thought.

They lived in peace for a while, Nero comforted by the promise of his becoming King someday. However this did not last, as war threatened to break out among the small countries of Ceradonia. Nero was sent to the Peace Conference in his father's stead, and there his life would change forever.

Once he laid eyes on Lilith, their fate was to be forever intertwined.

The two gave into the carnal lust they felt for one another within the first hour of their meeting, and became lovers...despite their countries being against one another.

Nero killed his father, and became King of his people.

By the time the war began, Nero could not tear himself away from Lilith if he wanted to. But they were seperated for a time due to the press of responsiblity and duty. Lilith gave Nero an artifact which he could use to find the smaller male if the need ever arose. Nero however never found the time to use it, as his time and energy was absorbed by the need to keep his people alive.

They met again in the North, when Nero had been informed that a crazed mage had offed a large group of his soldiers. Acting on impulse, he took his ship and sailed North, wishing to see this mage for himself.

And there was Lilith, seated upon a pile of rubble. After a short exchange of words, it was decided that Lilith would go South with Nero.

On their voyage over the storm-prone seas, they came to the decision that they would go as far South as was possible, they would go to the Serenity Isles-- a place that belonged to neither of their respective countries.

When they reached the Isles and set foot upon the shores for the firs time however, they were ambushed. One moment they were both smiling, the next Lilith was shot in the stomach with magic and fell to the ground. Nero forgot the meaning of sanity as he unleashed Fire upon the attackers.

There were too many however, and he was overpowered and died beside Lilith's still body.

A time later, the area around the two corpses began to glow, before bursting out from them, vaporizing every man and woman within a mile's range.

And so Nero and Lilith returned as deities.
