M A G I C ? Siren Song: Lydell got his siren song from his mother. It is called such because it is an enchanting, haunting song that enraptures its audience, nearly paralyzing them and leaving them speechless. Though he can sing beautifully without utilizing this part of the power, it is occassionally a useful power to have. Though it is its own form of charm and enchantment.

B U I L D There's no denying that Felicite is very lithe and thin. He has a frail appearance despite the fact he considers himself to be strong physically, perhaps not so much that he could do anything for a long period of time that was overtly physically demanding, but at least to the degree that he would not find himself helpless should he be left to his own devices.

E Y E S Felicite has bright, brilliant golden eyes that are so shocking in color you'd think they were inhuman. He has naturally long, dark lashes, and his eyebrows are surprisingly well maintained and groomed for the fact he's a boy. They always hold a certain sadness to them.

H A I R Naturally, Feli has a tawny brown tint to his hair color. However as winter comes, his hair seems to get darker. He generally wears it down, and it falls in wavy curls around his neck (though his bangs are usually straight with some wisps of curl). He will occassionally pull it back into a low ponytail, but this is very rare for him and is usually only done at formal events where he needs to look his best or when he's riding one of his horses.

A P P E A R A N C E Felicite is a boy of frills. He is fond of the materials cotton, velvet, and silk- that said, he knows when to mix and match and when to keep them seperated. Velvets are mainly used on his pants and so-called jackets. He loves white shirts with frills on the cuffs and down the front. He also loves long necklaces of onyx to decorate them. His boots are usually healed, adding a few inches to his height andmaking him appear taller than he already is. The only thing he ever wears in his hair is a simple ribbon.

L I K E S Felicite loves nature, which means he loves going outside, especially on horseback. He vastly enjoys working with his horses in the stables, though he leaves a lot of the work to the hired help. He enjoys jewels of all sorts, and it's not a secret that they're one of his favorite gifts to receive, so if you're trying to get on his good side, that's the way to go. Oh, and he loves swimming in clear waters. It makes him feel refreshed.

D I S L I K E S You could say that Felicite hates pushy people. He doesn't like to feel cornered or pressured into anything, and that's the easiest way of making him run. He also hates receiving odd looks from people when all he really wants to do is blend in. He hates it when people make assumptions and has vowed not to be one of those people (even if he sometimes is). He doesn't like those who try to show off a talent they don't have... it irks him.

F E A R S One could say being alone, death, losing someone... but really none of these things really apply to him. In fact, he fears falling inlove and not having that love returned.

S T R E N G T H S This youth is very good at saying 'no' to any offers or flirtations of others (generally boys who don't realize he's a boy or females who want his money). He doesn't feel guilty and can't be talking or tricked into a date. He's also an excellent singer without his siren song ability; infact, he loves to sing and will often do so when he believes himself to be alone. He's quite adaptive when trying to solve an issue, especially between two people. He can usually see both sides of a disagreement.

W E A K N E S S E S Feli is not good at holding his liquor. One glass of wine and he's already near-drunk. It really doesn't take much, so he doesn't drink, even socially. Then again, he can't really build up a tolerance, as he just can't physically process it. He also has an affinity for clothes and is prone to wearing some very... interesting things in the name of fashion, even to the point he could possibly be mocked. He's also naive, but not to the degree he's completely oblivious. In fact, he's actually quite aware- you just wouldn't know it by the way he's prone to acting.

Q U I R K S The young noble may be overtly polite at times because he's afraid of offending others. That said, he doesn't talk much at all, especially not about himself.

G O A L S To find his brother, whom he believes is still alive.

P E R S O N A L I T Y Felicite is a complicated bundle of emotions despite the fact he seems rather black and white. After the supposed death of his twin brother, the young boy taught himself how to keep his emotions in check. He didn't want anyone to see behind his mask that he kept in place, kept perfect.

For those who know him, they believe he's gotten the role of a noble down perfectly. Elegance and kindness seem to come naturally to him, yet he's always just distant enough to not arouse suspicion (like in regards to his sexuality). Even his adopted parents have a hard time seeing how unhappy he is.

That is not to say that he is miserable- in fact, he considers himself quite blessed. He just doesn't believe that he is fulfilled. Something in his life is missing, but he can't put his finger on what it is.

He is generally a likeable person, but that does not mean that he has no enemies. He can and has met people he's disliked that dislike him. But he isn't one to be vindicitive unless he's consistantly antagonized, and then he can just be a bitch.

H I S T O R Y Eighteen years ago, Felicite and Lyeyden were born to two noble parents. Twins were a blessing, as their mother found it hard to conceive. Growing up, Felicite was inseperable from his brother. The two were often seen together, playing or studying. Felicite was always a bit more quiet than his twin and considerably more shy. They had their dfferences.

However, their parents were involved in a lot of under the table dealings with Carthonia, working for peace between the countries. Some Niendran rebels that wanted to completely separate the countries got word of this and an assassin was sent to their house with the order to kill them both.

When the assassin did strike, Lyeyden had been out playing in fields quite a ways away. Felicite was inside with his parents... though he doesn't recall everything that happened. He had been sick, asleep in his room. His parents were shot with poison darts (which was the actual cause of death) but to erase evidence, the fire weaver assassin sent their manor up in flames.

Felicite was able to make it out, but he couldn't find his brother. He staying closeby the burning house, covered in soot and crying until help arrived. Lyeyden was thought to be dead as he could not be found, thus Felicite was sent off to live with his aunt and uncle in Niendra all alone. He was raised by them to be prim, proper, and always mannerly.

Life with his aunt and uncle was considerably more strict, and he missed his twin, but his spirit was easily surpressed. It took several years- and when he was sixteen he was finally brought to court. This is where he finds himself currently. His aunt and uncle want to marry him off to a nice young woman, but Felicite doesn't want that. Not at all.
